Paint Me A Winner has beautiful conformation and a very rare, flashy color. With his sabino markings he is a very special horse. Even though his bloodlines aren't those of champion racehorses, Paint Me A Winner does have the speed, courage and heart to be a great racer. He surprised us all when he took the Champion Mature Stallion award in 2011, after only 4 starts! He continued to race throughout 2012, and ended up with a total of $1,405,400 in earnings. Paint Me A Winner was meant to start in 2013, but a severe injury to his left frontleg abruptly ended his racing carreer for good... Or so we thought. After almost an entire season of recovery, Paint Me A Winner was back on the track in late 2013, where he continued his racing carreer with success.
Paint Me A Winner's sire was Sato®, the only palomino sabino Jockey Club Registered Thoroughbred stallion in the world currently. He was by Puchilingui®, one of the foundation sires of sabino Thoroughbreds in North America. Sato was out of another odd colored horse - Springtime Girl®, a daughter of Milkie®, the first cremello Thoroughbred to be registerd with the Jockey Club.
Paint Me A Winner's dam was the beautiful mare Dressed To Dance®, chestnut sabino Thoroughbred. She was by Racey Remarque®, a stallion with the very rare combination of frame overo and sabino genes. His lines go back to Halo® and Hail To Reason®. Dressed To Dance was out of Dance Spot®, whos lines go back to Northern Dancer® and Bold Ruler®.
Paint Me A Winner will very likely sire sabino foals. This is your chance to breed a sabino foal from a stallion with an extensive racerecord.
